We are currently not accepting any accounts.
Confirming Purchase Orders
You will receive an order confirm number and password after you order. Do not lose this information. If you lose it you will have difficulty tracing your order.
Acknowledgments
You will receive an e-mail acknowledgment of your order confirming it. If for some reason you typed in the wrong or incorrect e-mail address we will not be held accountable if you never receive an e-mail from us. Double check that you typed it in right. When the status of your order changes you will get an e-mail confirming the changes.
Claims & Shortages
If anything is backordered you will receive it as soon as it comes in. We have a real-time inventory checker that will say if it is in stock or not. The real-time inventory may be inadequate at times. It will usually take us up to a week to order something.
Returns
We will only accept returns on items that have not been opened or used. If our protection seal has been broken or tampered with we will not accept the item for return. Also returning any items will be at your cost. We do not offer return labels.
Substitutes
We have currently no substitutions and will not substitute items that are not in stock for something of the same brand. We will make a substitution only at your request.
Discounts
There are currently no discounts.

E-mail for information if you are in California.
Shipping & Handling
We will be shipping everything by United States Postal Service. It will be shipped as Priority Mail. It will arrive in 2 - 3 days after being shipped. We will give you the confrrmation code so you can check where your order currently is. If you want it shipped any other way e-mail us ahead of time and we will bill you for your choice of shipping. Priority Mail offers the cheapest and quickest shipping for you.
Payment
We will charge your credit card for the total amount of the purchase when we ship it out. We take credit card fraud very seriously and if any orders look suspicious we reserve the right not to fulfil them and to report the party to the proper agency.
Tax
We will only charge tax if the party who is paying for the bill is in the state of California. The tax rate is 7.75% and may change without prior notice.
International Orders
We are currently only accepting orders from the USA, except with prior written email confirmation, as the shipping would be different and it would have to be a custom order.
Other
The colors that appear on your screen for the colors of the hair dye may not be very accurate, because all monitors are different. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Any of these policies may change at anytime without prior notice.
